The PPP Flexibility Act: An Overview of Updated Regulations for PPP Loans

Signed into law on June 5th, the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Flexibility Act triggered an updated round of regulations for PPP loans, many of which provide additional flexibility to key provisions of the program.
