Drugs and Your Workforce: What You Need to Know

In any given year, about 1 in 10 employees will come to work high or drunk. Do you have a system in place to detect and respond to intoxicated or high workers? In this session, attendees will learn the latest laws and regulations regarding accommodating medical marijuana, handling employee use of prescription opioids (especially when they may operate machinery), and drug tests.
