EPA's Worker Protection Standard (WPS) Update-How Will It Impact Your Growing Operation?

Each year, thousands of potentially preventable pesticide exposure incidents are reported that lead to sick days, lost wages and medical bills. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has responded by increasing protections for the nation's two million agricultural workers and their families with changes to the Agricultural Worker Protection Standard.

What does this mean for your business? Increased protections mean changes in pesticide safety training and the specific protections and notifications you must provide your workers. Learn the changes in the WPS update and how you can stay in compliance.

Presented by Dr. Mary Ann (Mim) Rose, Director of Pesticide Safety Education Program, The Ohio State University
