STARS Act Reinvigorated

Last month, U.S. Senators Roy Blunt (R-MO) and Angus King (I-ME) reintroduced the Simplifying Technical Aspects Regarding Seasonality (STARS) Act. The bill, S.2670, would clarify the treatment of seasonal workers under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This past week, AmericanHort was on Capitol Hill seeking support for the bill.
